Farmers and agricultural related businesses often rely on the use of fertilizers, pesticides and chemicals as part of their operations. We know you take extreme caution when working with such hazardous materials but an extra layer of coverage can go a long way should an accident occur.

Our Special Farm Package 10^® does allow for limited pollution liability, however, additional coverages included in this policy could cover the following incidents:

• Bodily injury and/or property damage for unexpected pollution accidents resulting in environmental damage such as a chemical spill or leak.

• Damage to the property of a neighbor or to the neighbor themselves as a result of chemical overspray.

• Illness to a neighbor due to contaminated ground water as a result of fertilizers used on your farm.

In a day and age where lawsuits are common, all the above scenarios are risks to be considered when purchasing coverage.
